Delivery & Returns

We aim to despatch all orders from Monday to Friday within 24 to 48 hours. Orders that are placed before 1pm UK time will be despatched on the same day. Please note that any orders that are placed during public holidays will be sent afterwards on the first or second working day.

*IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19* - Dear Customer, following the implementation of restrictive measures by the UK government aimed to contain the spread of Covid-19 (also known as Coronavirus), deliveries may suffer delays throughout the UK and it may take a few days longer than usual to receive your orders via Royal Mail or Hermes. We will provide you with a tracking number for each order, so if it has not reached you within 5 days of despatch, kindly drop us an email and we will follow it up with Royal Mail or Hermes regarding the status and whereabouts of your post.

We would have loved to send our products to you in the traditional Arabian way via beautifully decorated camels, as people did in the past, however we have to make do with 1st class Royal Mail and Hermes tracked delivery instead! The delivery price is calculated at checkout according to your location.

We are offering FREE Hermes and Royal Mail recorded delivery on all UK orders over £60. You will also get free delivery if you spend £80+ in Europe and if you spend £100+ in the rest of the world. The free delivery offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Please make sure that you are legally able to purchase and receive our products in your country. We will not be liable for any charges that arise if the products are not granted customs clearance. If in doubt please call and ask your local post/DHL office. Please note that we will also not be liable for any import duty fees and taxes that may be compulsory in your country. They will need to be covered by you once the item reaches your destination. Import duty fees and taxes vary so please contact your local customs office for more information.



You have the Statutory Right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of sending the products back to our workshop within this time period if the products are not faulty. We recommend that you send the items via recorded delivery to guarantee that we have received it via a postal tracking number. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels. In order to receive a refund the products must be unopened, sealed and in the same packaging and condition they were sent to you in. We will not accept responsibility for damaged products and products that have been opened unless a reaction to the product has been reported.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you incorrect or damaged items, please contact us and send us the items as soon as possible in their original packaging and box to our workshop address that will be emailed to you for a full refund or replacement. You will not be required to cover the postage cost and it will be included in your refund which you will receive within 14 days of us receiving and examining the item(s).

Please note that due to their handmade nature the soaps may differ slightly in weight between 90g to 110g (the average weight being 100g). 

We will package your items securely and with care so they do not arrive to you broken or damaged.

Special orders for customised products and mini flower soaps for party favours and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To cancel an order or return items, please call +44(0)2076920864 or email stating your order reference number and reasons for the return. We will reply to you within 24 hours and send you the workshop address for any product returns.
