Treasured Arabian blackseeds, also known by Arabs as ‘the blessed seeds’ have been the secret ingredient in their traditional health and beauty regime for centuries. These seeds come from the nigella sativa flowering plant, also known as black cumin and are cold-pressed to make this pure oil. When applied to the scalp this powerful and nutritious oil is known to stimulate hair growth, improve the appearance of hair and slow down hair loss, as it contains ß-sitosterol, which helps to inhibit DHT levels in your body. This results in reduced exposure of hair follicles to DHT, which is the main objective in treating hairloss and different kinds of alopecia.

Furthermore, this oil is very effective when applied to the skin, as it is rich in anti-oxidants and anti-fungal properties making it beneficial for treating and soothing inflammations, parasite and fugal infections, irritations and rashes that can be triggered by acne, eczema and psoriasis. It is also used for increasing the pigment in not only hair, to darken grey strands, but also in skin, which makes it great for people who have vitiligo - a condition that causes the loss of pigment in skin. This wonderful oil also provides deep hydration to the skin and helps to restore its natural health, glow and complexion, as it contains vitamin A, antioxidants, amino and fatty acids that work together to help repair damaged skin cells.

This oil is suitable for consumption and is great for boosting your energy and strengthening the immune system, as it supports it by fighting viruses and harmful bacteria.

Add a few drops of this hydrating and nourishing oil and massage it into your skin, beard and/or scalp before you apply other products and before you go to sleep. If you are applying this to your scalp, add a few drops and massage the oil into areas in which you would like to see more hair growth. If you have a sore throat, difficulty swallowing, a chest infection or a bad chesty cough, rub a few drops of this oil on your throat and chest area and cover them well before you sleep. You may experience some heat and excessive sweating (this is a good sign and means that toxins are being released). Apply a few drops also to areas where there is a fungal infection or vitiligo, it will treat it well. Repeat this daily. If you are consuming this internally, add a few drops of the oil to your daily breakfast juice or smoothie and mix well. Store in a cool and dry place away from children.

*Note: Some doctors advise that pregnant (first trimester in particular) and breastfeeding women should not consume blackseed oil unless it is diluted with another oil, such as extra virgin olive oil (Ratio 1:5).

Although more expensive than others, this is best blackseed oil I have purchased in regards to quality and taste. I highly recommend this.

I initially brought this product for my mum, she absolutely loves it, my daughter was suffering from a bad cough for a while, known as croup! My mum mixed this oil with honey and in less than 24 hours my daughter's cough greatly improved! This my second order and I strongly recommend it, it's really pure. This has saved my daughter from going into hospital.
