Our Story

In the vibrant landscapes of Saudi Arabia, the heart of The Middle East, one woman’s passion for homeopathy and natural remedies inspired a revolutionary path to skincare. Our co-founder of L’Araboutique, spent her life learning and practicing as the first female homeopathic doctor in Saudi Arabia. Her dedication to the healing properties of natural ingredients and organic remedies has culminated in the creation of a unique brand.

L’Araboutique® (The Arabian Boutique) is a British natural skincare, haircare and lifestyle brand, rooted in Middle Eastern heritage. Using expertise in natural health, we handpick the finest ingredients and recipes for each product, ensuring that they embody the values of purity, spirituality, and tradition of Middle Eastern natural treasures. Each ingredient is chosen for its unique healing and restorative qualities, and is crafted with exquisite care and attention to detail.

L’Araboutique products are made with love and devotion, reflecting the beautiful act of passing knowledge on from mothers to daughters, so that beauty secrets are never lost. The recipes are rooted in tradition, inspired by the natural beauty of Saudi Arabia, and perfected over years of experimentation.

From the nourishing oils and natural extracts to the aromatic blends and indulgent textures, every product tells a story. The deeply moisturising creams, the gentle exfoliants, and the soothing balms evoke a sense of luxury and indulgence that runs through every aspect of the L’Araboutique experience.

As a team, we have dedicated years travelling across the mountains, deserts and lustrous valleys of Oman, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen to find the finest olive oils, royal green hojari frankincense, fragrant pink roses, ajwa dates, sidr honey and mineral-rich Zamzam water.

We bring these ingredients back to our workshop in the beautiful English countryside of Buckinghamshire and handcraft them into organic, cruelty-free products.

We work exclusively with small local businesses across The Middle East, who devote themselves to growing high quality ingredients, free from harmful chemical contamination.

Reviving traditions doesn’t stop at our ingredients, we place enormous value on dedicated independent work, so that much of our traditional packaging and homeware is made by skilled Arabian artisans.

We stand firmly against the use of harmful chemicals in our products.

We do not use harsh preservatives and instead incorporate an eco-friendly vegetable based preservative for natural and organic cosmetics.

All our products are 100% cruelty-free, fair-trade, natural, eco-friendly, halal and vegan friendly (apart from the products containing honey and camel milk).

We visit the farms to ensure the animals are reared with care and freedom and that they feed only on wild and organic plants in open and natural environments.

All of our products are free of parabens, sodium and ammonium sulfate, palm oils, harmful alcohol, formaldehydes, harsh preservatives, lanolin, glycol, gluten, mineral oils, artificial flavorings, colours and fragrances, petrochemicals, toxic chemicals, animal glycerin, animal gelatine and microbeads.

Accreditation

All our products are UK/EU and Saudi FDA tested, approved and certified, meeting the highest standards in health and safety. Our workshop and products are registered with UK/EU and Saudi FDA, we are approved and licensed to use Zamzam water in our products and our workshop is ISO 22716 certified (International Standard of good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the cosmetics manufacturing industry), which means it is regularly inspected by auditors and that our products are approved for international exportation.
