Shipping policy
We aim to despatch all orders from Monday to Friday within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that any orders that are placed during public holidays will be sent afterwards on the first or second working day.
We will provide you with a tracking number for each order, so if it has not reached you within 5 days of despatch in the UK and within 14 days of despatch to the rest of the world, kindly drop us an email and we will follow it up with Royal Mail, DHL or Evri regarding the status and whereabouts of your post.
We would have loved to send our products to you in the traditional Arabian way via beautifully decorated camels, as people did in the past, however we have to make do with courier services instead! The delivery price is calculated at checkout according to your location.
Evri Standard Delivery (up to 4 working days) - UK Customers - £3.50
Evri Express Delivery (up to 2 working days) - UK Customers - £5.50
Royal Mail Standard Delivery to Europe (4-10 working days) - £12
DHL Delivery to Europe (3-5 working days) - £20
Royal Mail Standard Delivery to the rest of the world (5-12 working days) - £20
DHL International Delivery (3-10 working days) - £30
We are offering FREE standard Evri delivery (3-4 days) on all UK orders over £60 and FREE Evri Express delivery (1-2 days) on all orders over £170. If you would like to upgrade the shipping speed on an order that has a value between £60 and £169 you can select Evri Express delivery for just an extra £2 .
You will also get FREE standard delivery with Royal Mail if you spend over £120 in Europe and over £250 in the rest of the world. All orders over £300 will come with FREE DHL Delivery. The free delivery offer is automatically applied at checkout.
