How to prepare
For the best brew, place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot that has a loose tea infuser and is filled with freshly boiled water or place some of the mixture into empty tea bags. Leave the blend to soak for 5 minutes before pouring in order to gain the maximum health benefits from the ingredients. This tea tastes great with brown sugar, if you have a sweet tooth!
