How to prepare
Add hot water to 2 heaped teaspoons of the organic Yemeni coffee and a teaspoon of honey or brown sugar, if desired. Bring to the boil for a few minutes until it starts to foam on the surface (the same way Turkish coffee is made) before serving. You can re-boil the mixture again to make a second cup. Alternatively, you can make this coffee using a French press. This coffee is not instant coffee.
